Shipping & Returns

DOMESTIC

We usually ship via the United States Postal Service. Either First Class or Priority. We that this usually assures that orders to most areas of the continental US take about 2 - 3 days once we ship.


FREE shipping on all US orders! There is no minimum amount you must purchase to get FREE shipping. You must select the FREE shipping option when you are checking out.


We do not offer express shipping as a direct option during the checkout process because it is a waste of your money if we cannot get your order out the same day or can only fill part of your order. However, if you wish, you can email us to check on product availability and if we have everthing you need, and in most cases we will, we may be able to send it express. Express may take up to two days regardless.


RETURNS

If there us a problem or a mistake with your order, or products, please let us know as soon as possible. We will work to correct any errors very quickly. For best results, send an email. This assures that the online department will be notified.

Any and all returns must be authorized and pre-approved by us before you send anything back. Other than damage or a faulty product, cosmetic and skincare items are general not refundable. This is all determined case by case.
